Hi, I’m Rachel, the host of Tread the Red podcast! Tread the Red is a project to spark curiosity, imagination, and exploration. Red River Gorge is located within Daniel Boone National Forest in Eastern Kentucky and hosts hikers, climbers, and more! It is a beautiful place and community of people that deserves the recognition. This podcast features “slice of life, but make it hiking” episodes of my own hiking and camping experiences in the Red, along with some trail information sprinkled throughout. Some episodes will feature small businesses, artists, organizations, and others that have a love of the Gorge and make up the wonderful Gorge community!
